Resignation and Onsite opportunity - tightly bonded !

You speak of resigning from the company and you will have the opportunity to work abroad.

I was totally frustrated working at a single place and that too with the job demanding me to create Proof Of Concepts, POCs is what they call it here, and a few project related stuff, which did not please me at all.

I uploaded my experience on the job search portals and found a couple of opportunities in my inbox - all this within just 20 days time. You would not feel surprised to hear that I was offered an opportunity to work onsite from my current employer, as is the general and final procedure to retain an employee.

I had heard of this kind of bondage between resignation and onsite opportunity. But it feels very different when you are in dilema of accepting or declining the opportunity...the opportunity to work abroad!
